Shipink consolidates e-commerce orders and shipping operations in one web and API panel. It connects sales channels such as Wix, Shopify, OpenCart, WooCommerce, ikas, PrestaShop, İdeasoft, Ticimax, Shopier and Etsy with carriers including DHL eCommerce, Aramex, Yurtiçi Kargo, Sendeo, Aras Kargo, UPS, FedEx and PTT. Users can create labels, track shipments, and update or cancel orders. The REST API provides carrier connections, labels, tracking and returns through one integration; API access and a development sandbox are included on every plan, including free. Tracking features include branded pages, carrier updates, delay alerts and automatic WhatsApp, SMS and email notifications. Basic automation is available on all plans, while AI address correction and advanced rules require Pro or above. Shipink also describes automatic e-invoicing, international shipping preparation with AI-assisted HS codes and proforma invoices, and analytics for costs, delivery times, cash-on-delivery amounts, shipment performance and customer feedback.
