Kantar describes PRgloo as a cloud-based CRM for managing, recording, and analysing media relations with journalists and influencers. The platform is available on the web, Android, and iOS. Support options include email or help desk, phone, and chat; training includes in-person and live online sessions, webinars, documentation, and videos. A 2022 service contract describes GDPR processor commitments covering confidentiality and security measures under Article 32. PRgloo has no free plan, but offers a free trial.
