In their own words

PracticeQ

PracticeQ combines practice management software and an electronic health record for clinics, with tools covering patient intake, care documentation, and insurance billing. Its features include online booking and reminders, telehealth, patient records and a portal, automated intake, charting, billing, forms, e-signatures, reporting, workflows, and task management. The service is available on the web, Android, and iOS. PracticeQ lists integrations with systems including Elation, AthenaHealth, RevolutionEHR, TriZetto, Office Ally, Zoom, and Zapier; its open API supports custom connections for forms, clients, appointments, files, invoices, and claims. Plans list HIPAA compliance with a Business Associate Agreement and two-factor authentication. PracticeQ cautions that Zapier is outside its HIPAA agreement and that AthenaHealth integration carries a setup fee. Starter costs $59.90/mo and Pro costs $84.90/mo. Both include one practitioner/admin account and up to 10 assistant accounts, with different monthly appointment, SMS, and form-submission limits. A 14-day trial is available; there is no free plan.
