In their own words

Process.Science

Process.Science provides AI-enhanced process mining that turns operational data into analysis and improvement opportunities, with integrations for business intelligence tools including Microsoft Power BI, Qlik Sense, and Tableau. Its Power BI solution displays ERP events in interactive process charts, tracks KPIs and PPIs, compares activity with target processes, and supports process-change simulations. Users can explore process variants from an overview down to individual cases and check BPMN conformance. Dashboards can trigger Power Automate flows when critical thresholds are crossed.

Templates cover Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and ITSM, and customers’ BI developers can extend them. Source connections include OData, REST, and direct SQL; named data sources include SAP, Dynamics, Snowflake, Exasol, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and Amazon Redshift. Deployment options include on-premises and major cloud services. The company says its on-premises Power BI option keeps data within the customer’s company. The Power BI page offers a free visual and test drive through Microsoft AppSource, while paid AppSource and Enterprise versions have no listed prices. A 30-day proof of concept includes five concurrent-user licenses and 16 hours of expert support and workshops.
