Property Aura Tenant Portal is a self-service website where tenants can submit maintenance requests and communicate with landlords. Tenants can attach photos, choose High, Medium or Low priority, track request status and continue the discussion in a request thread. Messaging includes history, read receipts, timestamps and real-time push notifications. Landlords can create secure onboarding links to share by email or SMS; tenants register and verify their identity. The portal connects tenant profiles with rent tracking and payment history, maintenance tracking and document storage. Property Aura says it uses bank-level encryption and secure authentication, with hosting on enterprise-grade infrastructure. It works in a browser on phones, tablets and desktops without a separate mobile app download. Portal access is a Pro-only feature. Basic is free for one property but has no portal access; Pro costs $49.99 a month and includes unlimited properties, automated rent collection, unlimited document storage, Landlord AI Assistant, Research AI, priority email support, and data import and export.
