PropertyRadar

PropertyRadar is a lead-generation platform for small local businesses building customer lists from property, owner, and demographic criteria. Its AI-powered search turns an ideal-deal description into filters for property type, owner characteristics, mortgages, equity, life events, distress, and geography. Property profiles include sales comparables, transaction history, investment analysis, and housing risk indicators for due diligence. Outreach tools cover direct mail, email, SMS, phone, online ads, and door knocking, with campaigns that can trigger on property or owner events. PropertyRadar says its data covers all 50 states and connects to over 5,000 apps through Zapier, alongside webhooks and an API. API access is included with Solo, Team, and Business. It is available on Android, iOS, and web, with API access. The five-day trial includes five phone numbers and five email addresses, but excludes purchases such as exports, document images, parcel maps, and phone or email appends. Plans start at $99/mo with annual prepayment; monthly-billed plans are listed separately.

VCPeer

VCPeer is a private-market intelligence service for founders, investors, and startup operators. Its research tools let founders browse investor profiles, compare firms, and filter by stage, sector, and geography. They can also submit investor experiences anonymously, report ghosting, and compare term sheets. VCPeer says reviews come from verified submissions and public profile details have sourceable public evidence. Its Rally feature supports prospecting and outreach for customers, partners, resellers, or investors: it finds prospects, writes personalized emails, handles replies, and books meetings. Rally can send through Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or SMTP, and threads replies in the user's inbox and Rally. Interested responses receive the user's Cal.com link. Raise mode contacts one partner per fund per wave; any reply from that fund closes outreach to it. Rally offers a REST API and hosted MCP server, while its typed SDK and CLI are forthcoming. Plans include a free tier, a $99 one-time Research Report, Pro at $299 per year, and Team at $999 per year. Free has no exports; Pro and Team include exports.
