Its free plan costs nothing and includes one month of Pro. The listed Pro plan costs $200 a year, billed per user per year. PyCharm Ultimate can be evaluated free for 30 days before purchase and license activation are required.
RubyMine
RubyMine is an IDE for building Ruby and Rails projects, including projects that do not use Rails. It combines code assistance, search, debugging, testing, version control, and development tools. Context-aware search helps locate code, while graphical debugging covers Ruby, JavaScript, and CoffeeScript. RubyMine supports popular Ruby and Rails testing frameworks and includes a GUI test runner. Ruby tools include version managers, IRB and Pry, Bundler, Rake, and RuboCop. The IDE also supports Git, GitHub, GitLab, Mercurial, Subversion, and Perforce, and remote environments using Docker, Docker Compose, WSL, Vagrant, or SSH. It runs on Linux, macOS, and Windows. The non-commercial license is free, with public-forum and bug-tracker support; it is limited to non-commercial use. Individual commercial development costs $10.90 a month, billed monthly, with a 30-day free trial.
