In their own words
Pydroid 3
Pydroid 3 is an educational Python 3 IDE for Android. Its interpreter runs programs without an internet connection, and pip connects to a repository of prebuilt wheels including NumPy, SciPy, Matplotlib, scikit-learn, and Jupyter. The listing also names OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Tkinter, Kivy, PySide6, and pygame support; OpenCV needs Camera2 API support. C, C++, and Fortran compilers are included, with Cython support. A PDB debugger provides breakpoints and watches. The editor has syntax highlighting, themes, tabs, an extended keyboard bar, and code navigation. Code prediction, auto-indentation, and real-time code analysis are Premium-only. The free plan is ad-supported and excludes Premium-only features and libraries. Pydroid 3 requires at least 250 MB of free internal storage, with 300 MB recommended. Its privacy policy describes crash and package statistics collection and use of several third-party services.
Pyto
Pyto is an IDE for running Python 3.10 and C/C++ on iPhone and iPad. Its site says Python, clang, and an LLVM bitcode interpreter run locally on those devices. The editor offers syntax highlighting and code completion, while its terminal runs UNIX commands and scripts. Included libraries include NumPy, Matplotlib, Pandas, Statsmodels, SciPy, scikit-learn, scikit-image, and OpenCV. Pyto provides a traceback interface for debugging exceptions and an integrated file browser for projects; C/C++ programs can use setuptools or build_cproj. Python modules can be installed from PyPI. It can run scripts or custom code with Shortcuts and create Home Screen widgets. A free download is available with in-app purchases, and a 3-day trial is listed. Lite Version costs 7.99 USD once and unlocks Pyto without third-party libraries; Full Version costs 14.99 USD once and includes them. Mac support requires macOS 11 or later and Apple M1 or later.
