qlub provides payment and operational tools for restaurants, cafés, hotels, and other hospitality businesses. Diners can scan a QR code to view, split, tip on, and pay a bill by phone, or browse a menu, customise an order, and pay without downloading an app. Restaurants can update menu items, prices, specials, and availability in real time. Its SoftPOS Terminal accepts card, e-wallet, and QR payments, with bill splitting and tip prompts. qlub lists POS integrations including LINGA, LS Retail, Oracle Micros and Simphony, POSIST, Revel, and iiko. Payment capabilities include card-present, online, tableside, and mobile payments, as well as reconciliation tools. The service is available on Android, iOS, and web. The restaurant solutions offer a free demo, but pricing is on request. Separately, qlub+ membership offers dining deals at participating UAE restaurants for 15 AED a month, billed AED 15/month, and includes a 30-day free trial. qlub identifies its location as Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and states it holds ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for its information security management system.
