Quibble
Quibble is a revenue-management platform for short-term rental operators that optimizes nightly prices using like-kind units as comparisons. Operators can review proposed rates in silent mode before they are sent to a property management system (PMS), and configure price floors and ceilings. Pricing updates daily, and the platform includes market data, occupancy forecasting, and revenue forecasting. Portfolio tools include a calendar, event and holiday pricing, Insights and Daily Brief, QPilot, property analytics, Market Hunter, and Property Scout. Quibble connects to PMS providers to import listings, calendars, and booking history, sync availability and bookings, and send optimized rates back. RevenueOS is month-to-month and billed per listing, based on portfolio size; the exact quote follows entry of portfolio details. Quibble says this plan has no revenue commission, setup fees, or long-term contract. Revenue Desk adds a dedicated revenue manager and weekly meetings, among other services.
