Quill Forms
Quill Forms creates conversational forms that show one question at a time for forms, surveys, and quizzes. It supports payment collection, file uploads, multiple embed options, and 41 native integrations, including Google Sheets, Airtable, webhooks, Zapier, HubSpot, and Slack. Jump Logic routes respondents according to prior answers, while Calculator handles quotes, scores, and totals. Save & Continue lets respondents pause and return through a continuation link, including on another device. Form Locker adds password protection and access expiration, and reCAPTCHA helps prevent spam. The open-source WordPress plugin runs on a user’s site with unlimited forms and responses on its free plan. Studio is a hosted option without WordPress.
