Rapidtags is a web-based set of creator tools for optimizing YouTube videos. Its Tag Generator suggests tags from a title, topic or keyword using YouTube search data. The Keyword Editor lets users add or remove tags, check YouTube's character limit and copy a set into YouTube Studio. Keyword research covers difficulty, search volume, competition, related terms and top-ranking videos; users can save keywords, categorize them and revisit earlier generations. A Video Rank Checker checks rankings for selected keywords. Rapidtags says its YouTube features use the YouTube Data API and access public, non-authorized data rather than authorized scopes for managing videos or channels. Google Sign-In is available for account access, but the company says it is not used to manage YouTube content. The Free plan allows 10 tag generations, 3 keyword research searches and 3 rank checks per day. Starter costs $6 a month and allows 25 generations, 25 searches and 10 rank checks per day, with no display ads. Creator costs $15 a month and provides higher daily allowances. There is no free trial.

Vidlens is a YouTube SEO toolkit available on the web, as an extension, and through an API. Its SEO Score rates a video’s title, description, tags, engagement, and early performance on a 0–100 scale. The Chrome extension places scores, view-per-hour figures, outlier badges, and Studio checks inside YouTube. Vidlens tracks competitor uploads hourly and can email when a video gains views three times faster than usual. Its REST API offers video analysis, bulk analysis for up to 50 videos per request, keyword suggestions and scores, competitor tracking, and trend endpoints. Channels connect through read-only YouTube OAuth scopes. The Free plan costs nothing and includes 30 AI credits per month, one competitor channel, AI title, description, and tag tools, and keyword research. Pro costs $14.99 a month; API request limits vary by plan. Users can export data, delete accounts, or revoke YouTube access.
