In their own words
ReadyReturns
ReadyReturns is a rules-based returns system for online retailers and ecommerce stores. Retailers can brand and embed its portal on their own site, so shoppers can handle returns without leaving the store. Return outcomes include refunds, store credit, like-item exchanges, or discarding a product; customers can also combine items from multiple orders in one package. Retailers can follow delivery status, organize returns in a dashboard, and review histories and reports. Options include no-box, no-label QR returns, pay-on-use printed labels, UPS QR code drop-offs at over 5,400 UPS Stores, and front-door pickup for larger items. ReadyReturns describes its QR returns as having no monthly minimums or setup cost. Inventory-confirmed size or color exchanges are available for Shopify, with other carts described as coming soon. The service is cloud-based and has a developer API. Listed sales channels include Amazon, BigCommerce, Shopify, eBay, WooCommerce, Walmart, and Miva. The ReadyReturns plan costs $129 per site per month, billed monthly.
ReturnLogic
ReturnLogic is returns management software for retailers that want to organize return requests, automate workflows, and use returns data in business decisions. Its branded, self-service portal lets shoppers choose refunds, store credit, exchanges, gift returns, or warranties. Retailers can automate policies and approvals, including refund or exchange processing while a package is in transit. ReturnLogic tracks each return’s location and status, as well as the condition of products when they arrive back. Reporting includes custom dashboards, filters, SKU-level insights, customer scoring, and exports in CSV, JSON, or Excel. The platform supports Shopify and BigCommerce merchants, with APIs and webhooks for custom connections. Usage Based has no subscription or platform fees and charges from $3.90 to $0.25 per return; Enterprise pricing is custom. Subscriptions use a 12-month contract, billed annually or monthly, with auto-renewal and at least 30 days’ notice to avoid renewal. The service is available on web and via API.
