In their own words
RealFoyer
RealFoyer combines real estate websites, IDX/MLS property search, CRM, lead capture, and AI marketing for agents, teams, and brokerages in the United States and Canada. Starter includes a custom-domain website with SSL, themes, a CMS, blog and community pages, plus property search by map, polygon, or natural-language query. AI tools can draft listing copy, captions, images, reels, and flyers; agents can review and edit drafts. Social publishing and scheduling cover Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X. Starter can route leads to named CRM services or another CRM through a webhook, and includes batch email capped at 500 per day and 5,000 per month. Its agent mobile app supports lead activity, tasks, property information, and notifications. RealFoyer says the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board and MLS PIN are connected; other boards on its list are planned, not live. Starter costs $39 a month and includes 1,000 RF Credits per month. A 14-day trial is listed, but there is no free plan.
UplevelRE
UplevelRE combines real-estate CRM, email, phone, marketing, and website tools in a web platform. Its CRM organizes contacts, deals, pipelines, smart lists, and client records containing communications, listing views, and tasks. A unified inbox combines email, texts, and call history in client threads, with two-way Gmail sync. Ask Jan uses workspace context to answer questions and draft messages; messages require user approval before they are sent. Visual workflows can react to new leads, pause, branch according to replies, and continue follow-up. Marketing tools include agent and listing websites, automated listing alerts, bulk SMS, and email campaigns and drips. UplevelRE lists Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive files, MLS feeds, and phone numbers among its connected tools. MLS data sync requires membership verification for each market, and MLS & IDX is an optional paid add-on. The platform subscription includes free email support. Extra call minutes, texts, and emails beyond included allowances can incur usage charges, though there is no per-contact or per-lead fee. A 14-day trial is available; the pricing note lists a starting rate of $36.75/mo (annual).
