Worksome
Worksome is an AI-enabled platform for sourcing, engaging, classifying, contracting, and paying an external workforce. It is built for mid-market and enterprise programs that typically manage 25 to 10,000 contractors across procurement, talent, finance, and workforce teams. Core capabilities include talent pools, worker classification and compliance, global payments, vendor management, reporting, integrations, and Worksome Intelligence. The company says the platform supports payments and compliance across 150+ countries. Worksome Intelligence includes team and contractor assistants, AI-generated job descriptions, and real-time workforce insights on every plan. Core Platform pricing is either a percentage of contractor spend or a flat annual subscription, with a tailored quote required. There are no per-contractor license or per-seat fees, but an implementation fee is agreed up front. Paid add-ons include Agent of Record, Employer of Record, Extended Compliance, Prepay & Factoring, Advanced Approval Workflows, Enterprise Org, and Premium Support. Integrations include HR, finance, and project tools, and the platform offers a public API. Worksome says customer data is stored and processed in the EU on AWS in Ireland and Frankfurt.
