Overview

Relocity is a corporate mobility platform for employers coordinating employee moves, pairing program oversight with an employee app. It is strongest for teams that want policy-led self-service but need the option to add human guidance at different levels. Its breadth is useful; the per-user move limit and custom pricing make it a poor fit for buyers who need open-ended access or a self-serve purchase.

Key features

The employer dashboard lets mobility teams review moves, populations, policies and progress, authorize moves and access program data. That combination suits teams managing a relocation program rather than simply providing employees with a move-planning app. Relocation management, immigration tracking, assignment management, expense reimbursements, employee self-service and vendor management are supported.

Employees get policy-configured checklists and tasks, home-finding search, neighborhood guides, local insights and a marketplace of vetted providers. Optional payments and community can extend the experience, though they are not guaranteed parts of every configuration. The policy-aware AI Assistant is described as available 24/7 and answers using the employer’s relocation policy, giving employees a way to consult program guidance beyond working hours.

Guide is the self-service option; Advisor adds remote help by video, phone and in-app messaging; Concierge provides in-person support; and One connects existing providers. Relocity says Advisors cover 3,000+ cities and Personal Hosts serve 30+ major markets. One can connect relocation management, tax, immigration, payroll, HRIS and destination-service providers, and can put the app under an employer’s own brand. This range lets a program vary support, but buyers should determine which services and optional features their configuration actually includes.

Pricing

Relocity uses a paid model with custom pricing; prospective customers are invited to book a demo. No product price is displayed, so buyers cannot compare the cost of support tiers before engaging with sales.

Relocity Guide: billed annually on a per-user annual fee. Each activated user can use Guide for one relocation only, for up to 12 months from activation. It fits lump-sum and stipend programs, interns and early-career employees, individual contributors, high-volume programs, dual-path models and programs that prioritize employee choice. The one-move term makes it less suitable for repeat relocations or support that must continue beyond a year.
Relocity Advisor: custom pricing for remote support by video, phone and in-app messaging, across 3,000+ cities. It suits programs seeking human guidance without in-person service.
Relocity Concierge: custom pricing for in-person support in 30+ major global markets, with Essential, Preferred and Premier levels. It is the option for moves where remote guidance is not enough; the market coverage is narrower than Advisor’s.
Relocity One: custom pricing for an enterprise platform layer that connects existing providers, with an optional white-label app. It is suited to employers looking to coordinate their provider ecosystem rather than replace it.

Platforms

Relocity is available on the web, iOS and Android. Its native mobile app is described for interns, and the app is available for iPhone and iPad as well as Android. Relocity says it maintains physical, technical and administrative safeguards for data and reasonable technical and organizational measures for personal-data security, confidentiality and integrity.

Who it's for

Relocity is a strong fit for corporate mobility teams that need visibility and authorization controls alongside employee-facing move guidance. Guide particularly suits lump-sum programs, early-career talent and high-volume moves where self-service and employee choice matter. Employers wanting remote or in-person help can add Advisor or Concierge, while One is aimed at organizations connecting existing providers. It is less compelling for an organization that needs a published price, unrestricted multi-move access under Guide, or support in a location outside the stated service coverage.

Pros and cons

Pro: The dashboard combines move tracking and policy oversight with authorization and program data access, addressing employer administration as well as employee guidance.
Pro: A policy-aware app, around-the-clock AI Assistant and optional remote or in-person support give programs a range of employee-service levels.
Pro: One connects multiple provider categories and can use an employer’s branding, which can help organizations retain their existing vendor relationships.
Con: Custom pricing across the service options means buyers need a demo to understand cost and compare configurations.
Con: Guide is limited to one relocation per activated user and up to 12 months, which constrains repeat or extended use.
Con: Concierge’s stated reach is 30+ major markets, substantially narrower than Advisor’s 3,000+ cities for remote support.

Alternatives

For a broader comparison, see Global Mobility Software. Workia is the alternative to consider if a free starting point matters: its forever-free Planner supports three mobility-team users with plan creation, process steps, high-level cost calculations and sharing. Equus Platform is another paid option with Android, iOS and web support and pricing provided on request. INEO Mobility Assignment Management is a paid alternative with Android, iOS, web and API platforms, with custom pricing discussed in a demo. Jobbatical may suit buyers focused on immigration cases: it offers a South Africa immigration assessment for 250.00 USD per once, billed per case, and also has immigration services. mai-world is a paid alternative for buyers willing to request a demo or more information. reloviewsComplete is another paid option. Weichert Go is another paid option. xpath.global is a paid, B2B alternative using personalized offers with advance payment required; local taxes may apply.

Verdict

Choose Relocity if your mobility team wants one program spanning policy-based employee self-service, employer oversight and optional human help, especially for lump-sum or high-volume moves. The main reason to look elsewhere is the combination of custom pricing and Guide’s one-relocation, 12-month cap: teams needing price transparency or durable repeat-use access should compare alternatives before committing.
