RentalProPlus Rental Showing Scheduler is a web service for booking rental-property showing appointments in real time. Renters choose an appointment online and complete a Fair Housing Act-compliant pre-screening questionnaire during booking. Landlords manage appointments through the RentalProPlus landlord portal. Automated SMS, phone-call, and email notifications and reminders keep attendees informed, while people attending a showing can synchronize the appointment with their calendars. After each showing, the service collects feedback. RentalProPlus says automation can reduce landlords’ showing coordination by up to 90%. Prospect scheduling and showing feedback are supported, while self-guided tours are not. The scheduler is an independent RentalProPlus module that landlords can use alone or alongside other products.
