Overview

RepoSystems brings assignments, payments, and compliance management into one workflow. The company says it serves national lenders and recovery vendors in all 50 states, with a network of more than 7,000 collateral businesses. That reach fits organizations focused on repossession accounts; businesses seeking general towing dispatch should look at software built for that operation instead.

Its assignment intelligence is aimed at directing recovery work: the company says its narrow AI selects an address for a repossession vendor and chooses a vendor for an assignment. This is relevant to organizations routing lender accounts, though the core decision remains whether the workflow and pricing fit their volume and client mix.

Key features

Field work and integrations

RepoPath provides automated agent updates, optimized assignment routes, and National Hotlist notifications for nearby opportunities. These features give field agents tools tied to recovery assignments rather than just a portal for office staff. The maker directs users to find RepoSystems Mobi Site in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Lender tools include payment solutions; VIN2Plate Service is an add-on. Integrated skip tracing can be used within RepoSystems and SkipHunter.com after credentialing. This combination may suit lenders and vendors seeking recovery-related services alongside assignment management, but the add-on and credentialing terms matter when budgeting and setting up operations.

Security and support

Security measures include username and password login, approved-device virtual memory, optional multi-factor authentication and IP security, and 128-bit encryption for virtual memory when not in use. Aptum is the physical storage provider, and its technology is described as SAS 70 compliant and periodically audited. Lender support is available by online chat, email, and phone. Those controls and support channels are useful considerations for organizations handling sensitive account workflows.

Pricing

RepoSystems combines free options with paid monthly tiers, while the general pricing model is paid. A 10-day trial is offered. Billing and invoicing are supported.

Lender self-management — free. Includes unlimited access, a web portal for managing recoveries and assignments, and payment solutions. VIN2Plate Service is an add-on. This is the clearest fit for lenders managing their own recovery workflow without a monthly plan charge.
National lender vendor processing — free. Applies to processing national lender accounts, with a contingency fee after a completed assignment. There is no monthly membership or enrollment fee for this work, but a subscription fee may apply if a vendor also manages its own lender clients. Vendors should compare that distinction against their client mix before treating the free option as a no-cost arrangement.
Silver Plan — $95.00/mo. Allows up to 100 new accepted or entered accounts each month. Each account above 100 draws $2.00 from RepoSystems Wallet. This suits lower-volume users who can stay near the monthly cap; overages make the effective cost less predictable as account volume grows.
Platinum Plan — $195.00/mo. Allows unlimited accepted or entered accounts each month. It costs more than Silver but removes that stated monthly account cap, making it the better fit for higher or variable volumes.

The free options serve distinct workflows rather than offering the same package at no charge. The paid tiers differ chiefly by account volume, so users should consider both the 100-account Silver limit and the possibility of a separate subscription for vendors managing their own lender clients.

Platforms

RepoSystems supports Android, iOS, web, and Windows. Its mobile field app instructions point users to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Who it's for

RepoSystems fits lending institutions and recovery vendors whose work depends on repossession assignments, compliance, payments, and field-agent coordination. National lender vendors can process those accounts without a monthly membership or enrollment fee, subject to the contingency fee after completed assignments. It is less suitable for operators whose primary need is broad towing dispatch or fleet management.

Pros and cons

Recovery workflow spans assignment to disposition: centralizing assignments, payments, and compliance is useful for lender-focused operations.
Field features connect agents to work: automated updates, route optimization, and nearby-opportunity notifications support the recovery process beyond the office portal.
Free paths have meaningful conditions: lender self-management includes unlimited access, while national lender processing carries a contingency fee and vendors managing their own clients may face a subscription.
Silver has a firm volume ceiling: the 100-account monthly allowance and $2.00 wallet deduction per additional account may be a poor fit for growing or uneven workloads.
Platinum removes the stated account cap: its $195.00/mo price is easier to assess for high-volume work than Silver overages, but is a larger fixed commitment.

Alternatives

Towing Software is the broader category to explore if your operation is centered on towing rather than collateral recovery.

PRZM is worth considering for towers using its storage network: its PRZM Storage Alliance plan has no fee to those towers, while auction sales carry a transaction fee. It also offers a free plan and trial across Android, iOS, and web.

Towbook may fit towing businesses seeking dispatch and fleet tools, with a Basic plan at $109.00 USD per month for up to 250 calls a month and a free trial. It supports Android, iOS, macOS, web, and Windows, but has no free plan.

Autura is an option for buyers who want free registration and browsing in its marketplace, with platform fees when purchasing; it also has a free dispatch option. Its freemium model and Android, iOS, and web support may better suit towing workflows.

TowCommand Pro may suit smaller towing operators: its Basic plan is free for one year for fewer than two trucks, then $79.00 USD per month, and the service offers a free trial. It supports Android, iOS, web, and API.

VTS Systems is another towing-focused choice, with a CLOUD Bronze plan at $99.95 USD per month for towing and unlimited tows or calls per month, plus a free trial. It supports Android, iOS, web, and Windows, but has no free plan.

TowBridge is an alternative to consider for towing operations; it has a free trial, no free plan, and supports Android, API, iOS, and web.

Swoop Dispatch Management is a freemium alternative for dispatch work, with Android, API, iOS, and web support.

Tow Control Dispatch may fit operators looking for a stated monthly price and no per-job or per-driver fees: its Pro Operator Plan is $99.00 USD per month, with unlimited drivers, and it offers a free trial across Android, iOS, and web.

Verdict

Choose RepoSystems if your organization manages repossession work for lenders and needs assignments, compliance, payments, and field-agent tools in one recovery-focused system. The free lender and national-account options make it particularly relevant to those workflows, while Silver and Platinum give users distinct account-volume choices. Look elsewhere if you need general towing dispatch, or if your volume and client mix make Silver overages or a possible vendor subscription a poor fit.
