Predictive segments are available, with data refreshed in real time. Marketers can add CRM and website data to improve customer understanding and inform email, direct mail, and other marketing, then activate predictive audiences across channels. Measurement features help assess which tactics have impact and identify new audience or campaign opportunities. Resonate says its rAI engine combines proprietary consumer, observed behavioral, and offline data for continuously updated insights. Ignite connects with MarTech and AdTech ecosystems, including an Adobe Experience Platform integration for enriching anonymous website traffic through the rAI Website Personalization API.
