In their own words
Retailgrid
Retailgrid is an AI pricing platform for mid-market retailers that combines sales, costs, inventory, competitor prices, and external signals in a spreadsheet-style workspace. Its Price Optimization agent finds prices intended to maximize margin or volume within configured constraints; Rules-Based Pricing applies margin, competitor, and MAP rules across a catalog. Competitor monitoring is a separately priced layer, with direct competitor domains listed at €100-€300 per month each depending on site complexity. Retailgrid lists connections for Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, and WooCommerce, plus CSV and API import for catalog, cost, and sales data. The Freemium plan is free and allows up to 500 grid rows, manual import, no Agents, and seven-day data retention. Starter costs €349 a month, with up to 10,000 rows, no Agents, API access, AI chat support, and 30-day retention. Growth costs €1,999 a month and includes core Agents, up to 50,000 rows, and 365-day retention. Retailgrid says data is hosted in European regions on Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure and encrypted in transit and at rest. It says GDPR applies to its personal-data processing; ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certification work is underway, and neither certification is held yet.
VantageDash
VantageDash tracks competitor prices and matches competing products to a seller’s catalogue for comparison. Users add a competitor’s store URL, and the service reads publicly shown products, variants and prices. Its AI compares names, categories, sizes and price ranges; uncertain matches are shown for review. It can compare prices per unit when pack sizes differ. Analytics include price trend charts, competitor heatmaps and automated insights. Supported store types include Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, Ecwid and custom-built shops. Scout is free at free and covers 3 competitors and 50 products, with up to 5 manually started price checks per month. Basecamp costs $19 a month and includes 10 competitors, 200 products and checks every 48 hours. Vantage adds Slack and email alerts, and teams can collaborate in a shared workspace with role-based permissions. The service says it supports stores in any country and reads local price formats and product names in any language. Some sites block automated visits, so products there can be added by hand.
