Room Arranger
Room Arranger is a design program for arranging rooms, apartments, houses, floor plans, and gardens with furniture and other objects. Projects can cover multiple floors and be viewed in 3D using walk-through or fly-around modes. On supported iPhone Pro and iPad Pro devices with LiDAR, room scanning can create a project with walls, doors, windows, and recognized furnishings or equipment. The standard library contains nearly 300 objects with adjustable dimensions; users can also build custom objects and import 3D models. Room Arranger 11 and later supports GLB, glTF, OBJ, PLY, STL, X3D, X3DV, and X3DZ imports. Users can trace walls over imported floor-plan images, measure room and wall areas, and copy those measurements to Excel. Plans can be printed to scale, including 1:50 and 1:100, or made into a web page containing a floor plan and 3D scene. The software supports Windows, macOS, Linux, and iPad. A desktop license for one computer costs $24.95 as a one-time purchase and includes future releases; a 30-day trial is available, but there is no free plan.
Space Designer 3D
Space Designer 3D is browser-based software for drawing 2D floor plans, furnishing rooms, and viewing designs in real-time 3D. As you draw, room areas, wall lengths, and total floor surface update live. The catalog contains thousands of furniture items, fixtures, and decor, with a real-time material editor for finishes. The service says it can generate HD and 8K photorealistic images from 2D plans. Drawing floor plans and modeling in 3D remain free, while renders and AI-enhanced images consume credits. The Starter plan costs $0.00 per free and includes one project, a limited catalog, PNG, JPG, and PDF exports, and 10 rendering credits. Premium costs $25.00 per month; Ultimate costs $45.00 per month. Business plans are billed yearly in euros, and Enterprise pricing scales with the business.
