Routific
Routific is a delivery management platform for businesses handling last-mile deliveries. Its route optimizer weighs driver preferences, business priorities, and traffic patterns. Dispatchers can move stops on a map or timeline and add deliveries after a route is set. Drivers receive routes and instructions in a mobile app, with navigation through Google Maps, Waze, or Apple Maps. Live GPS tracking shows driver locations and updated ETAs; Routific says it tracks drivers only while they are working. Customers can follow an approaching driver through an automated tracker link and receive a completion notification. Drivers can collect signatures and multiple photos as proof of delivery. Routific provides APIs and real-time webhook events, and lists integrations including Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Zoho, and BigCommerce. Its free plan covers up to 100 orders per month, with email notifications but no SMS. The paid plan is $150 a month for 101 to 1,000 orders; higher order volumes incur per-order charges. A free 7-day trial is offered.
