Royal 4 WISE Yard Management System coordinates operations around distribution centers and warehouses, including gates, docks, trailers, inventory, personnel, and equipment. Customizable dashboards and real-time yard maps show activity, while automated vehicle check-in and check-out and dock scheduling help manage arrivals and doors. Appointment tools schedule visits, allocate time slots, prioritize appointments, and send notifications. The system can track yard assets using RFID, GPS, or barcoding, and its maps can show a color-coded overview, add custom data points, and be reconfigured as the yard changes. WISE YMS also supports trailer movement, yard inventory reports, email alerts, audit trails, and historical tracking. Cross-docking can coordinate inbound shipments with outgoing orders and route goods by destination, priority, or SKU. It integrates with WISE Warehouse Management Systems and Transportation Management Systems; Royal 4 also describes data exchange with customer hosts and ERP systems.
