Sahab Key is property-management software for US residential rentals, available through a web interface and API. Tenants pay rent by bank or card in a portal, with autopay and automatic retries. They can submit maintenance issues with photos, priorities and notes, and requests can be assigned to technicians. Financial tools include reporting, expense tracking and bank-statement reconciliation. Buildings can separate money, units and reports, with read-only access for owners or investors. Connections include Stripe for ACH and card payments, DocuSeal for lease signatures, SendGrid for email and Google Maps Platform for address lookup and mapping. Optional AI features provide tenant risk radar, maintenance triage, an assistant, report summaries and financial forecasting; the maker says these are advisory and do not screen applicants or make approval decisions. Core platform pricing is $2 per unit a month, with a $50 monthly minimum covering 25 units.
