VIAS Financial Plans
VIAS Financial Plans connects financial plans with campus management for higher education institutions handling financial aid, cash payments, and tuition. It automates financial plan letters and links plans to a student ledger, where tuition, fees, aid disbursements, refunds, and payments post automatically. Institutions can prepare personalized estimated plans and convert them to live plans after approval. Financial aid functions include document tracking, past-due reconciliations, compliance reporting, academic and NSLDS enrollment reporting automation, default management tracking, shopping sheet automation, and ISIR batch uploads. Listed reports cover activity, student starts, aid completion, enrollment reporting disbursements, and ISIR batch importing. The system also tracks advisor activity and student interactions, and aid projections can help forecast budgets and award counts.
