SuperCMMS

SuperCMMS is a cloud-based computerized maintenance management system for work orders and asset management. Its five-level hierarchy tracks locations, sub-locations, assets, sub-assets, and parts. Inventory tools cover warehouses, part details, quantities, vendors, stock-ins, and stock-outs. Preventive maintenance can be assigned to assets, sub-assets, or parts and repeated at a chosen interval. A rules engine processes incoming data and can create alerts or work orders when conditions are met. Listed integration methods include OPC UA, OPC DA, PLC, MODBUS, MQTT, FTP, and API/DB for IoT and SCADA systems. QR codes on assets, sub-assets, and parts let people report issues, while work-order actions are recorded for auditing. Native Android and iPhone apps accompany web and API access. The free plan supports two team members and includes unlimited assets, work orders, checklists, and issue reporters, plus 5 GB of warehouse and document storage. Paid access starts at $15/user/mo.
