Built-in OCR makes scans searchable and allows recognized text to be selected and copied. Users can crop, clean, annotate and sign documents, and password-protect PDFs. The iOS Translator tool translates scans or PDFs into more than 20 languages on device. Scans can sync and back up through iCloud, or upload automatically to Dropbox, Evernote, Google Drive, Box, OneDrive, OneNote, iCloud Drive and WebDAV storage. Sharing includes email, printing, fax and AirDrop. A free plan and seven-day trial are listed. Scanner Pro Plus costs $59.99 a year; separate purchases include Fax Pack 1 at $0.99, paid once and Expense Report at $4.99, paid once.

The browser workspace includes 46 PDF tools for tasks such as compressing, merging, splitting, converting, editing, signing, recognizing text, and protecting files. The first eligible web task can be completed before sign-in, and the site says its web tools require no installation. The Free plan costs nothing and allows three completed tasks per day after sign-in, with up to 25 files, 100 MB, and 500 pages per task. Premium costs $39.99 per year, billed once a year, and has a 7-day trial for eligible accounts. It allows up to 100 files and 1 GB per task, with no plan page cap or daily job cap subject to fair-use protection. Premium also includes OCR, text editing, repair, compare, forms, automation, and AI tools. Web Premium does not include the separately available mobile app Premium. Business terms are quoted up front.
