ScanOrbit
ScanOrbit is a web-based commerce platform for restaurants, cafés, and retail brands in India, serving single locations and multi-store chains. Customers can scan a table QR code to view a video-led menu and place orders without installing an app. Staff get a real-time kitchen order stream with course and timing tags, prep estimates, and sound and visual alerts. Inventory tools cover multi-store stock, low-stock alerts, vendors, purchase orders, location transfers, waste tracking, and recipe costing. Loyalty and CRM features include points, visit streaks, coupons, customer segments, and automated win-back messages. Five AI agents address campaigns, store analytics, customer behavior, market intelligence, and expansion insights. Razorpay is the named payment integration, with UPI, cards, and netbanking; ScanOrbit lists zero platform commission. The free plan is free during launch, with infrastructure and hosting included; paid plans are planned for later. A free trial is also offered. Businesses can export a SQL dump with media files. The privacy policy describes encrypted database connections, HTTPS, access controls, and ScanOrbit as processor for business data stored on Cloudflare infrastructure.
