Scantrust provides connected packaging and e-label tools for companies working to engage customers, address counterfeiting and improve supply-chain transparency. Its product scope includes industrial goods, consumer packaged goods, wine and beverage, and lubricants. E-label plans include compliance templates, translations into 24 languages, customizable landing pages and content updates that do not require QR code reprinting. An e-label is tied to one SKU, though units of that SKU can share it across countries. The Enterprise plan lists smart redirection, analytics, bulk creation, QR Manager, custom URL and domain, onboarding and user teams. Scantrust also describes Digital Product Passport tools using QR generation, URL management, landing pages and dynamic content. Its REST API can connect passports to PIM, ERP and e-commerce data.
