SchoolStatus Attend
SchoolStatus Attend is a web-based attendance management solution for K–12 districts focused on chronic absenteeism. It tracks attendance by time, period, or full day and displays year-over-year absence changes. Automated interventions begin when absences accumulate, while Early Warning Insights identifies students likely to become chronically absent after 60 school days. Districts can send letters, emails, two-way messages in more than 130 languages, and conference invitations. Daily Attendance Notifications text families when a student is marked absent and collect replies in a centralized dashboard. Attend imports student records through multiple student information system providers, including Infinite Campus and PowerSchool, to determine intervention eligibility. SchoolStatus describes a 4–6 week onboarding process for SIS integration, thresholds, and outreach workflows. Districts receive a dedicated Customer Success Manager for attendance reviews, recommendations, and team training. SchoolStatus says it serves districts in all 50 states. The service participates in SOC 2 Type II auditing and reporting, is certified by 1EdTech and iKeepSafe, and states FERPA and COPPA compliance. Pricing is available on request.
