SuperOps
SuperOps is an endpoint management platform for IT teams that manage AI agents carrying out workflows within IT-set guardrails. It serves in-house IT teams and managed service providers (MSPs). Its Prime plan combines unified endpoint management for Windows, Mac, and Linux with patch management, compliance, and network monitoring and alerting. The MSP product brings PSA and RMM together with service desk, contract management, automation, project management, and IT documentation; Prime Plus adds mobile device management for Apple and Android. The marketplace lists integrations such as TeamViewer, Microsoft Intune, Okta, QuickBooks, Slack, and Microsoft Teams. SuperOps lists AES-256 encryption at rest, HTTPS in transit, role-based access, two-factor authentication, and IP whitelisting, and states that it follows SOC II Type 2, GDPR, ISO 27001, and HIPAA requirements. The website lists a paid starting price of $79/mo (annual), with a free trial and no free plan. Separately, Prime is listed at $1.50/month, with a 100-endpoint minimum; Prime Plus is $2.50/month as a limited-time early bird offer, with a 150-endpoint minimum.
