In their own words
Sheetlane
Sheetlane is an AI spreadsheet for collecting data, enriching it with AI, and triggering workflows from spreadsheet rows. AI columns can generate, classify, clean, summarize, or rewrite content using row data and references to other cells. Data can come from web search, Google Sheets, CSV or XLSX uploads, CRMs, APIs, forms, and inbound email. Action columns can send, create, update, or trigger work, with previews, approvals, retries, and logs. Workflows support scheduled or conditional triggers, dry runs, rate limits, execution history, and idempotency protection. Sheetlane says it connects to 500+ tools, including Gmail, Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, Linear, Notion, and Google Sheets. The Free plan is free, billed forever, with one workspace, three users, and 1,000 AI credits per month. Team is $29 a month per editor; Business is $99 a month per editor. Enterprise pricing is custom and includes self-hosted integrations runtime and a SOC 2 Type II report. Self-hosting is suited to teams already running Postgres and Redis.
Strive Content Calendar
Strive Content Calendar is a WordPress editorial system for planning, reviewing and maintaining articles. Its four-week Calendar view displays scheduled and unscheduled WordPress posts, while the Pipeline organizes work into Not Started, Writing, Editing and Complete. Reusable checklists let users track progress on each article. Local Editorial Readiness runs deterministic checks inside WordPress without AI, an external account or a usage quota. Pro adds private revisions of published articles, so the live version remains unchanged until republication; republishing does not change the URL or history. Pro AI features use the provider connected through WordPress, require WordPress 7.0 or later, and present proposed changes for inspection and approval. Approved writes are preceded by a WordPress revision. Pro can find internal-link opportunities in the site’s published article library, with approval required before insertion. Strive manages built-in WordPress Posts and articles, not Pages, products or custom post types. The package requires WordPress 6.5 or later and PHP 7.4 or later. Lite is free; Pro costs $9 a month.
