Alerts cover status changes, release and arrival notices, delays or early arrivals, and transshipment-port updates. Air tracking uses AWB numbers and provides flight details, split-shipment tracking, and status notifications. The API connects tracking data and milestones with ERP, TMS, or CRM systems; webhooks deliver updates and milestones in standardized JSON. Websites can also display a live tracking map through an iframe. Each new shipment tracking request uses one credit, while later queries for an uploaded shipment do not require more. New users receive 3 free credits for ocean and air tracking. A listed one-time purchase is $1,000 as a one-time purchase for 500 credits, valid for 1 year. API use also has an annual fee calculated by usage volume. ShipsGo is available via web and API, but has no dedicated mobile tracking app.
