Signeasy

Signeasy lets users sign, send, track, and manage contracts and other documents on Android, iOS, and the web. A signing request can include fields for signatures, initials, names, dates, email addresses, text, and checkboxes. Its central contract repository supports categorization and search, while the Business plan adds AI tools to extract key terms and summarize contracts. Listed integrations include Google Workspace, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Microsoft SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, HubSpot, Salesforce, Dropbox, Box, Slack, and Zapier. The mobile app supports PDF, Word, Excel, JPG, PNG, and other document formats. The eSignature API supports embedded signing and sending, merge fields, embedded templates, and webhooks. Signeasy lists SSO, role-based access, audit trails, two-factor authentication, and encryption at rest and in transit. It states compliance with the U.S. ESIGN Act and UETA, eIDAS, SOC 2 Type 2, GDPR, HIPAA, and 21 CFR Part 11. The free plan allows sending or signing up to three documents. Paid plans start at $10 a month, and a 14-day trial is listed.
