Simply Guitar vs TrueFire

Simply Guitar is a guitar-learning app for Android and iOS, with interactive lessons and real-time feedback as learners play. It is aimed at all ages and says no previous experience is needed. Lessons cover fundamentals, tabs, chords, chord changes, strumming, and technique exercises; the app also includes progress tracking and a guitar tuner. The first part of Guitar Basics I is free. Advanced lessons, the Chord Library, and the Song Library require a subscription. In the Song Library, learners can browse by level, study songs step by step, or play full versions. A seven-day trial is offered with the yearly plan, not the monthly plan, and is limited to one per account or Apple ID. The app supports iPhone and iPad on iOS 15 or later and Android phones and tablets on Android 6 or later. Chromebook use may work but is not fully supported, and there is no Windows or desktop app. Subscriptions auto-renew, and deleting the app does not cancel them.

TrueFire has no write-up on Specifiction yet; its figures are above.
