In their own words
Sirion
Sirion is a cloud enterprise contract lifecycle management platform available through web and API access. It supports contract work from drafting and negotiation through post-signature management, with approval workflows, renewal tracking, contract templates, and built-in e-signature. AskSirion interprets plain-language requests and coordinates agents that explain their results. Those agents extract and organize contracts in an access-controlled repository, answer questions with citations to source data, assemble drafts from playbooks, identify risks in third-party contracts, and suggest redlines. They can monitor obligations and service-level agreements, surface gaps, and prompt owners to follow up. Sirion describes connectors for enterprise systems, APIs, and low-code integration options; requests can begin in Salesforce, Slack, or SAP. AgentOS lets users build, test, and deploy custom agents across systems. Sirion states TLS 1.2 or higher in transit, AES-256 at rest, role-based permissions, multifactor authentication, SAML 2.0 single sign-on, ISO 27001:2022 certification, and SOC 1 and SOC 2 Type II reports. Pricing is available on request.
