In their own words
SiteIntelica
SiteIntelica is a web and API service for finding websites by their technology stacks and examining individual sites. Its X-Ray uses Wappalyzer Core to identify frameworks, content-management systems, CDNs, analytics tools, and advertising networks. Searches can find sites that use, or do not use, selected technologies, helping create prospect lists. Paid plans export matching results as CSV and can draft cold emails and sales briefs from scan data. Site monitoring covers technology changes, security regressions, and downtime, with email or webhook alerts. Site analysis includes security grades, CVE cross-referencing, Core Web Vitals, and on-page SEO audits. The REST API supports scans, contact extraction, lead searches, monitoring, and AI features, with limits set by plan. Documentation describes an MCP server for Claude or Cursor. The free plan provides five scans daily and previews five lead matches. Pro costs €19.00 per month; Business costs €49.00 per month.
Wappalyzer
Wappalyzer turns public website signals into technographic data for prospecting, record enrichment and monitoring market changes. It identifies thousands of technologies across millions of websites using signals such as HTML, scripts, headers, cookies and other fingerprints. Users can upload CSV or TXT files with up to 100,000 URLs for bulk analysis. APIs cover technology lookup, lead lists, subdomain discovery and email verification. Live results count as five lookups each; cached results are verified within the last 30 days. The service offers browser extensions and integrations including Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Gmail, Zapier, Make and an iPhone app. Basic extension detection runs locally, and sharing limited website-level data can be disabled in settings. The free plan includes 50 technology lookups and 50 email verifications per month, five website alerts and sample lead lists. Pro costs $250 a month for one user. Plan-included API credits expire after 60 days, while credits bought in bundles expire after 365 days. Wappalyzer is aimed at sales, marketing, operations, strategy, partnerships and security teams.
