SkinsCollection
SkinsCollection is a free service for creating, browsing, storing and sharing custom Minecraft skins. Its browser editor lets users paint on a rotating 3D Minecraft model, with tools for brushing, color sampling, spraying, filling, gradients, shapes, Dodge/Burn and erasing. Work is saved automatically in the browser, and skins and layers return when the editor is reopened. Users can import classic 64×32, modern 64×64 and HD 128×128 PNG skins. The Layers panel supports up to 15 stacked images. A skin can be downloaded as a PNG without an account; signing in allows users to save it with a title, description and tags.
