In their own words
SlickText
SlickText is a web and API SMS marketing platform for organizations in the United States and Canada. It helps collect subscribers through landing pages, embeddable forms, popups, tap-to-join links, QR codes, and text keywords. Campaign tools provide audience targeting, personalization, AI message drafting, MMS attachments, and scheduling. Its shared inbox supports private two-way messaging, conversation tags and statuses, team collaboration, assignment rules, and automated replies. Drag-and-drop Workflows can run welcome sequences, ecommerce automations, review collection, conversational data collection, A/B tests, and birthday texts. Reporting covers click-through rates, subscriber growth, engagement, workflow performance, revenue attribution, and response times. Integrations include Shopify, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce, Slack, Zapier, Make, REST API, and webhooks. A 14-day trial costs nothing, includes every feature, and requires no credit card. Paid plans start at $29 a month for 500 credits. One SMS segment uses one credit; each MMS segment uses three.
Text-Em-All (formerly Call-Em-All)
Text-Em-All is a messaging platform for businesses and organizations sending texts and voice broadcasts to opted-in contacts. It supports two-way conversations, automated messages, scheduled broadcasts, personalization tags, keyword automation, real-time analytics, and carrier registration. Voice broadcasts can be sent alongside SMS or instead of it. The iOS and Android apps handle replies, conversation management, and new texts to up to 15 people; mass broadcasts are sent from the web app. Its free Starter plan includes 25 credits for testing voice broadcasts and texting your own number, but mass texting requires an upgrade. Monthly pricing depends on the number of unique people messaged and starts at $19 a month for 1–50 people. Recipients must consent to messages, promotional messages require express written consent, and political solicitation is not allowed. The company says the service is not HIPAA compliant because messages are not encrypted at rest and standard SMS cannot be encrypted in transit. Integration options include staffing and church platforms, Zapier, viaSocket, and a REST API intended for high-volume messaging above 50,000 messages per month.
