Social Home combines rental search, housing services, and housing operations for landlords, operators, providers, and tenants. Its shared operating record connects property, tenant, rent, repair, compliance, and evidence workflows. Teams can raise and route repairs, assign responsibility, and attach evidence to the work. A mobile workforce app supports visits, photos, notes, urgent updates, and offline inspection evidence. The platform also supports bed-space leasing and assignments, resident communications, maintenance workflows, and a resident portal. Guided templates and file validation are available for importing property, tenant, and tenancy records; migration scope depends on the data and plan. Zapier and third-party integrations are included from Professional upward. New housing providers receive a 30-day Professional trial, though the pages differ on whether a card is required. Starter costs £39 a month and covers 5 properties, 30 rooms, 30 active tenants, one solo account, and 5GB storage.
