SolarEdge Go
SolarEdge Go is a free mobile app for installers managing photovoltaic sites and fleets and providing remote services. It brings together work from SetApp, Mapper and Monitoring, although full Mapper integration is described as future support. Installers can sync with SolarEdge Cloud, import designs, view site details and alerts, manage users, and create or edit sites. Site tools also include applying SolarEdge Designer plans, registering or replacing devices, and managing access permissions. The app supports on-site device configuration and registration, plus map-based fleet views, site details and responses to critical issues. Remote access supports inverter and system diagnostics and configuration, but is beta, requires administrator permissions, and is limited to supported SetApp-enabled leader inverters with CPU version 4.13 or higher. Sessions last up to 15 minutes. Full functionality requires internet access and a SolarEdge Cloud connection; without internet, use is limited to local commissioning through a direct inverter connection. Android 11 or higher and iOS 14 or higher are required. The app is for installers, not homeowners, and requires SolarEdge account credentials.
