SPECapc for 3ds Max 2020
SPECapc for 3ds Max 2020 is an application benchmark for measuring CPU and GPU performance on systems running Autodesk 3ds Max 2020. Its workload areas include modeling, interactive graphics and visual effects, with run rules covering 48 tests. Included workloads use shaders and vector maps, viewport enhancements, and dynamic and visual effects. A Results Manager prepares reports and packages results as ZIP files for submission to SPEC for review and publication. Running it requires a fully licensed copy of Autodesk 3ds Max 2020 with the latest Service Pack. Official submissions also require 64-bit Windows 10, at least 16 GB of RAM, a 1080p or 4K display at a 16:9 or 16:10 aspect ratio, and 100% interface scaling. The benchmark is free for eligible users; sellers of computers and related products need a commercial license costing $2,500. Published results must follow SPEC rules. SPEC offers help with benchmark-specific issues, but does not promise ongoing support, maintenance, updates, or new releases.
