Tanda
Tanda is a paid payroll, HR, and workforce-management system for Australian employers of hourly workers. Workforce tools cover rosters, time and attendance, leave, and related initiatives. Its library of Modern Award conditions and templates supports automated calculations for complex employment terms. Tanda Payroll creates pay runs from timesheets, pays entitlements, and supports Single Touch Payroll filing. Tanda HR handles onboarding and offboarding, employment documents, qualifications, and licences. Employees can use mobile apps to view rosters, respond to shifts, clock in with GPS, request leave, and update personal details. Listed scheduling features include automatic scheduling, availability collection, time-off management, open shifts, and shift swaps. Integrations include Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, ADP, Lightspeed, Square, and other payroll or point-of-sale systems. The Xero connection exports award-interpreted timesheets and can sync new hires. Tanda offers web, API, iOS, and Android access. The All in One plan costs $12.80 per user per month, billed monthly, with GST extra.
