Standuply

Standuply is a web-based bot for Slack and Microsoft Teams that automates Agile workflows and team processes. Teams can run scheduled or asynchronous standups using text, voice, or video, with customizable questions and report templates. Other supported workflows include retrospectives, backlog refinement, planning poker, 360-degree feedback surveys, team goals, sprint planning, mood check-ins, OKR checkups, time tracking, and employee onboarding. Standuply lists Scrum and Kanban support, backlog management, sprint planning, Agile reporting, and a roadmap view. It can build burndown charts and cumulative flow diagrams from connected tools. Listed integrations include Jira, Trello, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Google Analytics, Giphy, Product Hunt, and Medium. A ChatGPT integration can enhance responses across team interactions. The Starter plan is free for up to three users and includes three automation respondents. Paid pricing starts at $1.50/user/mo (annual); Business and Team prices are not displayed, while Enterprise uses custom pricing. A 30-day trial is listed. Reports are encrypted at rest with AES-256, service communications use TLS, and user data can be deleted upon request.
