StatusBot
StatusBot is a command center for software teams that combines site monitoring with task and release tracking. Its agents continuously test sites in ways intended to resemble real user activity and can flag outages or broken flows; the monitoring and testing agents can also raise tickets automatically. The Daily Overview summarizes product health, open tasks and blockers in plain language. Planner provides a board for tasks, bugs and releases, while Smart Request Forms collect outside requests and de-duplicate tickets. Teams can connect GitHub commits and pull requests to tasks, with development activity shown in a task timeline. StatusBot lists SSL expiry alerts and email alerting; failure and recovery email notifications are described as being in beta. The service lists Android, iOS and web platforms, although its changelog describes native apps as early beta and coming soon to app stores. The Free plan provides three projects. Pro is listed at $19 a month, billed per user per month, but marked Coming Soon; the Free and Pro pricing cards also offer a waitlist.
UptimeRobot
UptimeRobot monitors websites, servers and other services for availability, with Android and iOS mobile apps. Its Free plan costs nothing, billed monthly, and includes 50 monitors, five-minute checks and basic status pages. Listed monitor types include HTTP, port, ping, keyword, API, UDP, DNS, SSL and domain monitoring. Paid plans can check every minute; the Solo plan is listed at $9 a month when billed annually, with a 60-second interval and 10 monitors. Other plans list intervals as short as 15 seconds. Alert channels include email, SMS, voice calls, mobile push, collaboration services and webhooks. The service also offers branded status pages with incident and maintenance updates, and role-based access for teams. UptimeRobot lists integration with more than 20 services, while the free plan includes five integrations. Free registration does not require a credit card. Annual billing is stated to save about 15%, and new subscriptions and upgrades have a 14-day money-back guarantee. The company is headquartered in Bratislava, Slovakia.
