StrategyBlocks is a web-based SaaS platform for strategic planning, management, mapping, and execution. It breaks high-level objectives into tactics and links strategy elements to metrics, connecting strategic vision with work across departments and business units through cascading visual blocks. Strategic Health combines measures such as progress and KPIs to represent a block's current state. The platform also includes strategic risk management for structured and subjective execution data.
Users can create and bookmark dashboard views refreshed through company-wide contributions. Calendar Integration provides event links for key due dates on blocks assigned to a user.
