It continuously finds SaaS, AI, and desktop apps, including tools outside identity-provider or single-sign-on connections. Access requests can be routed for owner approval, fulfilled automatically, and recorded in an audit trail. Torii maps entitlements to owners, supports access reviews, and automates joiner, mover, and leaver changes. Usage data supports license reclamation; contract ingestion, renewal-clause detection, and alerts support renewal management. An AI dashboard tracks spending by time, user, and model and reports adoption and investment return. The platform also discovers service accounts, bots, tokens, and integrations, assigning owners and applying entitlement guardrails. It offers web and API access, with IGA, SaaS Management, and AI Management categories. AI Management is labeled early access.
