WPS Docs combines document editing with file management and team collaboration. Multiple people can edit a file simultaneously, see changes in real time, and leave comments. Cloud files can be stored encrypted, with viewing or editing permissions set for collaborators. The product supports office files up to 1 GB, including Microsoft Office formats such as.docx,.xlsx, and.pptx. Online PDF tools include eye-protection and night modes, annotations, and signs. WPS Office is available on Android, iOS, Windows, macOS, Linux, and the web; a PDF browser extension is listed for reading, editing, filling, converting, and AI chatting with PDFs. WPS Standard is free and includes 1 GB of cloud space, limited template downloads, basic PDF features, 47 file formats, and 46 languages.
