To place or receive calls, customers create a SIP connection, link it to an outbound voice profile, assign a Telnyx number and use a softphone. Listed PBX compatibility includes 3CX, FreePBX and Asterisk; integrations include Microsoft Teams, Zoom Phone, Talkdesk, UJET and Genesys. The free plan has a $0 platform fee, with usage billed per minute. US local outbound rates start at $0.005 per minute and inbound at $0.0032 per minute; rates vary by destination and volume. Committed starts at $500 a month, and Enterprise at $5,000 a month.
