TestZeus Hercules
TestZeus Hercules is an open-source autonomous agent for end-to-end software testing. It takes test scenarios in Gherkin and returns results in XUnit format, with UI and API testing among its supported areas. Its listed test scope also includes security, accessibility, visual, integration and regression testing. The maker says Hercules can run tests without complex scripts or locator work and can adjust toward a testing goal through self-healing. It can be installed with pip or Docker and run locally or in a deployment pipeline. Browser, API and database tools are included, and users can add their own tools. Supported model options include OpenAI, Groq, Llama, Mistral and Anthropic. Hercules records execution video and network logs; the maker says it can perform more than 15 security tests and understands Salesforce terminology. The free Platform Access plan includes 30 Scenario Runs per month. A run is one scenario executed once; started failed tests count, but tests that never start do not. The plan lists 300 steps and one user workspace.
